The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with any accessories or gifts included. After checking the condition of the order, the amount will be refunded according to the same method of payment used (in the case of cash on delivery payments, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer that you indicate).
