Sweet wines are those that have a residual sugar concentration greater than 45 grams per liter of wine and usually obtain their sweetness naturally.
Although sweet white wine is the most famous, they can also be made with red wines and there are different techniques to achieve that sweetness.
There is the basking technique with sun drying, the ice technique or the mold contamination technique that raisins the grapes and makes them concentrate better grape sugars.
When they can be taken
Sweet wines are delicious to drink between meals and as an accompaniment to meals, with contrasting foods such as chocolate or coffee, strong cheeses, fatty foods such as pâté or even dry sweets that give it that sweet contrast that they don't have
