Sweet walnut liqueur wine born from the deep roots of the Manchuela region with the culture of wine and centuries-old traditions. Its ancestral production is based on the creation of a wine from two local grape varieties, Macabeo and Cencibel, which are followed by different maceration processes with local green walnuts collected around the mystical night of San Juan. It ends with an aging process and subsequent bottling.
The result is a perfect balance between the sweet soul of the grape with the bitter soul of the walnut, as is faithfully reflected on its label.
