'I tell my daughter and my nephew that L'Ermita (Priorat) and La Faraona (Bierzo) do not belong to us, that they belong to the heritage of Spain, that it is part of all of us, and that the legacy has touched us, not to recover them because they were there, but to understand them'.

L'Ermita 2015

Red wine from the Álvaro Palacios winery, under the D.O. Priorat. The grapes used for its production come from a small plot of just over 2 hectares with slate soils and very old vines, between 75 and 100 years old, located in the Villa de Gratallops. It rests in French oak barrels for 1 year and a half. Now you can get it at TCM Gourmet.
