Description
CM Prestigio comes from the Tempranillo grape from Labastida. In these vineyards, a special pruning is carried out to one bud with a maximum production potential of 4,000kg per hectare and a harvest at its point of maturity by hand in boxes of less than 12kg.
In the winery, After cooling in cold rooms, the grapes go through a double selection process. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small tanks, after which malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
Its subsequent aging is done in French and American oak barrels from the best cooperages on the market for 18 months. .
The result is a wine with a large and intense layer of dark and bright cherry color with a great aroma, very full and voluptuous and a complex flavor, long and persistent.
