This book red Designation of Origin Ribera de Duero starts its development with grapes from Pago de las Solanas, a vineyard planted in 1994 that the winery takes great care. For vinification, first to a fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 10 and 14 days, once the process is completed, it is aged for 21 months in French oak barrels and then rest in the bottle 24 more months. A wine of intense purple tones, very dark cherry trim, powerful aroma, complex and intense which highlights the excellent harmony between fruit and tones of aging. The palate has an excellent tannin structure sweet, very broad, silky and elegant, lingering finish.
