When other sugars are mixed (cane sugar or corn syrup), a Mixed Tequila is obtained.
Tequila is made in several stages. Obtaining pineapple sugar from the agave plant in the form of must.
Later, the fermentation of the must with yeast. The distillation continues in an alembic.
Finally, after distillation, it can be bottled directly or undergo a maturation and aging process.
