Some old parcels of Garnacha Sur Sable have pre-phylloxera vines. Years in 9 regularly mark the memory of viticulturists and this one does not seem to deviate from the rule. After an early budding in early April, flowering was gradual and developed in good conditions in all the vineyards. From the end of June a scorching summer began, to which the vines valiantly resisted: they suffered little from water stress, in particular thanks to the chamomile teas sprayed on the vegetation to cope with the heat . Finally, the harvest proceeded as usual, without particular precocity. The wines promise to be full of promise for a vintage in 9 born, once again, under a lucky star. Beautiful clear ruby color. The delicate nose of this wine is typical of Gigondas with aromas of pepper, liquorice and violet. In the mouth it offers a silky texture, very soft and delicate tannins and superb notes of small black fruits.
