Until now, when beers were brewed, sommeliers looked for the gastronomic pairing.
Now we reverse the process and create a beer where the ingredients have been chosen for the pairing.
>Equilater is an intense Imperial Stout, aged in Montseny chestnut barrels and with a characteristic Mediterranean touch provided by dried figs and fennel.
During this time, the beer incorporates some natural compounds present in wood, thus acquiring more intense flavors such as caramel, vanilla or sweet notes.
After two months of aging, we managed to add new aromatic registers, complete its maturity and achieve all the fullness of this unique Imperial Stout .
