Description
Fermented at cellar temperature and matured in 15-arrobas oak barrels, previously aged with Oloroso sherry, under a microbiological veil of flor and static aging. This gives it a subtle acidic and complex profile.
Beer with a dark amber appearance, medium bubbles, ivory foam. On the nose, malt, very ripe red fruit and other notes reminiscent of passing through oak barrels are perceived. On the palate, the sweetness of caramel malts, nuts and raisins is present, with a winey touch due to the maturation of the wined butt.
