Coffee Cerol is a liqueur that originated in the twelfth century, when Alcoy was part of the Arab territory. This liqueur is made from own coffee Alcoy and Cocentaina, whose supervision is carried out by teachers coffee growers Licores Sinc S.A. where a traditional artisan development roasting and maceration is applied.
The production of this liquor begins with the slow roasting of the raw coffee to the traditional style, once roasted coffee, different varieties macerated of Arabica coffees selected by teachers coffee that follow the guidelines of a secret recipe.
The result is an inimitable drink well known large scale currently consumed as a snack or as night drink obtained also blends perfectly other soft drinks or slush.
