Description
Elix is part of the winery Cellers Melis, the second red wine its range of wines. A wine more intense and mature show that has been produced from three types of grapes, Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The process begins at the farm Les Solanes, it grape manually collected, once in the winery is macerated gently with little extraction, a slow and long fermentation takes place in open tanks stainless steel, finally has a parenting time 15 months in French oak barrels.
A red red wine that has an intense and mature flavor which is perceived ripe fruit almost sweet, its flavor is intense and long.
