This is the second vintage of the Blanc de Noirs that shows intense aromas of wild strawberries and floral notes of rose petals, with very fine bubbles and a refreshing minerality reminiscent of wet rocks.
In the mouth it is clean and refreshing, with the classic notes of brioche, custard and fruit cake.
It is recommended to be served at 7-9ºC as a delicious appetizer, alone or with tapas, as well as with raw or cooked seafood, smoked salmon, light dishes, sushi and any type of cuisine Asian.
