Dos Déus vermouth is a traditional Spanish vermouth with a modern twist. Medium bodied with a predominance of bitter and sweet notes from the sherry casks. Good as an aperitif and in cocktails Matured in selected sherry casks. 30% for 3 years and 70% for a minimum of one year Nose: Elegant and deep vegetal notes together with classic herbal notes of vermouth: gentian, iris root, licorice stick, angelica, together with notes of oxidation and PX wine. Palate: Very pleasant entry in which the bitter notes predominate, but very balanced with the acid and sweet touches of the vermouth. Classic notes of vermouth are well harmonized: sweet roots and bitter roots integrated with spices, herbs and flowers in a fortified wine background. Spicy aromas reminiscent of gentian and angelica, herbs such as thyme and flowers such as chamomile can be discerned. The finish is medium and memories of generous sherry and medium oxidation predominate with a bitter point and touches of balsamic licorice.
