The Royal Lochnagar Distillery
Todo sobre la planta, especialmente sus dos alambiques pequeños y bañeras de gusanos, apuntan a que este es un sitio clásico, "pesado" del siglo XIX. En cambio, su equipo de destilación trabaja para que sea 'liviano'. La hierba, de un tunel de rastrillo y arado, se las arregla para ser transparente (lo cual no es fácil de lograr). Los fermentos son largos, pero es la forma en que se utilizan los alambiques y las lombrices lo que hace la diferencia.
