Description
This unique single malt is aged in Mizunara oak barrels. Mizunara oak or water oak is known for its rarity and the difficulty of working it in barrels. The "spirits" aged in this type of oak obtain unique and original flavors. Aging takes place in Tottori Prefecture in a natural environment where the temperature varies dramatically from season to season. It is then diluted with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
