Pacharán Zoco is a liqueur with 60 years of tradition prepared by the family Velasco. In the 50 pacharán it was already a well-established liquor Navarra, family development is carried out in the mother town of Viana. Because of its quality, pacharán was increasingly recognized, a fact that led to seek a name for people to recognize him.
Pacharán Zoco was the name chosen in 1956 for this liqueur traditionally made from sloe. Their process begins by macerating sloes in aniseed for three months after the end of three months, it separated pacharán of sloes and stabilizes naturally deposited and then finally filter it.
A red liqueur medium intensity having a delicate aroma of plums and cherries on the palate has a fresh entrance wrapped looks at an acidity well balanced obtained from the sloe with a touch sweet anise.
