During its preparation organic barley is used very good quality that comes from own plantations of the Brunehaut Brewery, located in the fields of Domain Degraux in Belgium, besides this factory has a patented method that eliminates gluten.
A golden colored beer has a light and elegant scent of yeast and white flowers in the mouth has a very pleasant taste reminiscent of beeswax and pollen that make it less bitter.
