Description
Kasteel Blonde is an original beer factory created by the Belgian beers Van Honsebrouck, a factory located in Ingelmunster and founded in 1865 whose name was the Sint-Jozef Brewery. In 1953 the brewery was bought by the family Van Honsebrouck time they changed the name to the present.
The family Van Honsebrouck has been making beer since 1900 being the seventh generation in charge of operating the factory currently being Xavier Van Honsenbrouck the current CEO who took over in 2009.
Kasteel Blond is an example of good balance can be created linking the bitter nature of hops with mild properties of malt to which is added a ratio suitable yeast to give the fruitiness necessary to give the citric point, a combination that gives the beer a particularly mild taste.
