Years of tradition, quality and experience is what offers the Brasserie du Bocq brewery family. It all began in 1858 when Martin Belot, a farmer in Purnode, produced a beer that is only produced in winter, early in the twentieth century, the brewery created La Gauloise, the oldest brand of the brewery that is still currently producing, which obtained a great success from the start.
Within the range of beers Gauloise, is the Gauloise Blonde, a beer top fermentation using quality ingredients, which has a second fermentation in the bottle technique that provides natural and unique properties to the final result.
Gauloise Blonde is a slightly bitter beer with a subtle fruity aroma and hoppy, strong character and round but not very strong.

Todo comenzó en 1858 cuando Martin Belot, agricultor en Purnode, prepara una cerveza por primera vez en las dependencias de su granja. Al principio, la cerveza se producía solo en invierno, el personal no estaba ocupado con el trabajo de campo fuera de la temporada alta.
