This fish is obtained during the Northern Albacore Coast, which is the time of year when our coasts are filled with albacore that can be caught. Our tuna belly is characterized by having a juicy and firm texture and a balanced and pleasant smell. The belly is cleaned and packed manually. During cleaning, we remove the skin, thorn and blood of the tuna. And, when it is prepared, we use the exact cooking point that helps us avoid dry textures. During packaging, we introduce the unopened belly slices to preserve all their flavor and cover them with olive oil. Once packaged, this product remains in perfect condition for 6 years. Sterilized product for storage conditions that do not exceed 35ºC until the moment of consumption.
