The Shin Malt, is a whiskey made by Mr. Usami, through an artisanal process this whiskey is made by combining of other whiskeys. Resulting in a liquor made in Japanese oak barrels completely admirable for its variety of natural essences. In its flavor, a perfect integrity stands out between the flavor of wood and the incense of sandalwood.
Due to its aging, its flavor of dark fruits mixed with a little pepper, various spices, the sweetness of blueberry and cinnamon is intensified. It guarantees an exquisite aroma of fully sweetened spices and matured in Mizunara oak, highlighting plums and raisins. It ends with a sensation of citrus and dark chocolate on the palate. It has a natural essence wrapped in an alcoholic degree of 48%.
