The French variety Chardonnay has been one of the initials with which Miguel Torres Chile has begun to operate in the Andean country, making an interesting and complex young white of which Santa Digna Chardonnay is the latest vintage.
This is a white wine with slight acidity and an alcoholic strength of 13%, made from 100 percent Chardonnay grapes. It is recommended to taste at a temperature of 10 degrees for greater pleasure.
A bright pale yellow color with greenish hints jumps out at sight, on the nose aromas of mango and apricot dominate, with citrus nuances.
< p>On the palate, it stands out for its great balance between intensity and acidity, and a fresh, long and delicate finish.
