Ramée is a beer produced by Abbey Brewery Bocq. Its development is done on the farm of the abbey cistersence of Ramee located in Jauchelette in Brabant Wallon and dates from 1215. A beer today is still made according to the original recipe from the beginning of the thirteenth century, which has been passed from generation to generation by the monks.
Ramee Ambree is a top-fermented beer brewed carefully, unfiltered and easy to digest, to produce the traditional method is used based on quality ingredients including malt, barley, malt caramelized and hops.
One beer copper color with white and creamy foam, stable duration. The aroma is very floral and fruity, with presence of malt and a little licorice. Fruity flavor hints and citrus notes, with maltose base and alcohol. A beer balanced and smooth.
