Aranleón is just a red wine from Utiel-Requena which is made in the Aranleón wineries. The snail is the icon of this winery, a tribute to the slow work necessary to create wine projects.

It is vinified separately with maceration of stripped and squeezed grape in concrete tanks at controlled temperature with a fermentation maceration two weeks, a second malolactic fermentation in barrels Hungarian and French oak for two or three years, finally it grows during 12 months in the same barrels two months ""batonnage"".
