10-12 months in French oak barrels with between 25 and 30% new oak. These wines enjoy optimal conditions in the cellars of the bastions of the old Château de Beaune.
Intense and perfumed nose with aromas of fruit. Pleasant structure and lovely meatiness. Good aging potential.
