The historic Jumilla winery, Juan Gil presents its youngest red wine, the Juan Gil Yellow Label.
This monovarietal wine is made from Monastrell, a variety of grape widely used in Jumilla that is obtained from old vineyards with more than 40 years of age, its harvest is carried out manually, which once harvested is carried out its fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at temperature controlled, place where it also undergoes its malolactic fermentation to later be transferred to French and American oak barrels where it remains in aging for four months.
A vivid and intense red that gives off the nose a powerful and very attractive fruity aroma with subtle hints of ripe fruit and new wood, its flavor is delicious and very pleasant that has a very persistent passage through the mouth.
