The Grapes of Vero wineries present their breeding red whose name is Viñas de Vero Crianza. A winery that has driven wines Somontano recent years closer to a much younger audience.
Wine that uses the best clusters of native and international grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. Its development begins with the crushing and stemming the berries that happen to be refrigerated and then hatched. The must obtained is macerated with their skins for 48 hours before starting the fermentation, which lasts about 14 days. Once a completed begins with descube, where only wines flowers are chosen for the final mixture having a parenting time 8 months in oak barrels.
A red wine crimson, with middle layer and edging violaceo clean and bright, aroma stands out for its fruity character where predominates shades of red ripe fruit, light floral notes with spicy notes and toast. The palate has a fresh and pleasant entrance with a tasty and well-structured way where notes and nuances of cherry, raspberry and wood are perceived.
