Description
Maison GH Martel wanted to perfect the Victoire cuvée with three limited editions dedicated to the original 18th century bottle.
The bottles were painted in a matching color with bottle markings. The fragrance is rich, waxy, with a very seductive inner complexity.
Dried flowers and assorted yellow stone fruits are garnished with roasted and baked nuts, cookies, lemon cake and fresh milk. Crispy on the palate, with a slightly dense texture, the nuances of fruit pulp are very visible on a background of caramelized lemon and banana.
The latent freshness draws attention with its signature and inner light, evoking an exemplary length. Veal tartare with hazelnuts, peanut butter, lemon confit, puff pastry with boletus and fleur de lis.
