Description
This vegetable truffle cream or pâté is made from caramelized onions with rebollón or chanterelles (Lactarius deliciosus) and fresh truffle. The truffle caprice is completely natural, both in the harvest and in the production process, and does not contain any preservatives or dyes. The truffle with which this cream is made is the Tuber melanosporum, also known as the black winter truffle or the black truffle from Teruel. It is a highly valued truffle in the kitchen for its intense flavour.
This excellent combination of truffle together with rebollón results in an incredible product with a pure natural flavor that is difficult to imitate. Both the truffle and the rebollón have been selected by expert hands and have been elaborated so that the resulting cream is exquisite thanks to the natural process that has followed from start to finish. Our main objective is to extract all the nuances of the truffle to obtain a truffle treat with a special and delicate flavor with which to surprise any diner. Ingredients: Onion, Rebollón (Lactarius deliciosus), Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt), Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt. Store in a cool, dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
