Planted in the Green Valley, the coolest and foggiest area of the Russian River Valley, they also receive the beneficial influence of the Pacific.
All these cares result in balanced wines and concentrated, with complex and refined aromas.
In Marimar Cristina Pinot Noir 2018, all these virtues were enhanced with a careful production process that included fermentation, with native yeasts, and aging in two phases.
The first 4 months in new oak barrels from the Marchive and Rousseau cooperages and the rest of the time, also in French barrels, 50% new.
The result is a brilliant monovarietal of limited production, ideal to accompany your most delicate dishes of white meat and fish, mushrooms or soft and creamy cheeses.
