Description
Once recepcionada grape wine alcoholic fermentation in a controlled manner starts with addition of selected yeast from the best vineyards of the house for 30 days with daily pumping. Malolactic fermentation is carried out without addition of bacteria and hold at 20 is annealed for 24 days, controlling the levels of malic acid and lactic acid. Then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 300 liters of selected grain.
