Jawbox gins are distilled slowly, very slowly, in a traditional copper pot still. This method sees the botanicals fully boost the spirit to produce a gin of the highest quality. Belfast is home to both the distillery and the fields where the grain for its spirit is grown and harvested. Then it undergoes a triple distillation 'in situ' in traditional copper stills. Jawbox is distilled in small batches using time-honored methods, plus a unique blend of botanicals, including local Belfast Black Mountain heather.
