In true Brighton Gin tradition, each bottle is filled, waxed and labeled by hand. It is made with 100% organic wheat brandy, which when distilled does not contain gluten, and is certified vegan.
Our Navy Gin has a higher ABV than our Pavilion Strength, 57% compared to 40%. That's the definition of naval strength: the amount of alcohol. Pavilion and Seaside use the same ingredients, but in different quantities and with vastly different production processes: our Seaside contains four times as much juniper and twice as much citrus, and spends a lot of time sitting in containers along the way to really allow the flavors to settle. , marry and blend.
