Gin 12/11 is made from the mixture of 11 botanicals, among which are, juniper, rosemary, lemon, cardamom, thyme, tangerine, etc. and water from the Sierra Nevada melting ice.
A good combination that offers a classic gin, somewhat dry that has a deep aroma of juniper with Citrus touches that end up transforming in the mouth into a refreshing and persistent finish.
