Description
The grapes from vineyards were selected and entered only winery which were in good condition. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels (50% new), where he subsequently aged for 14 months, during which the wine was decanted several times to clean naturally and prevent subsequent treatments. The wine aged at least 24 months in bottle.
