Made exclusively in the tradition of Chardonnay Grand Cru and Premier. Grapes from vineyards in Sillery and Brimont along with carefully selected grapes from vineyards in the Cote de Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 75 cl has has a rounded and harmonious flavor with warm notes and sweet honey. Its scent is quite intense with dominant notes of citrus, which complement the nuances of peach, white flowers, toast, muffins and toasted almonds.
It combines perfectly with white fish sashimi. Main dishes is perfect for walleye fillet mignon steak, seafood and grilled sole, crayfish.
