Nostradamus is a craft beer produced by the brewery Caracole, a Belgian-based company founded by Sir Moussoux Falmignoul in the eighteenth century. In 1994, the brewery was bought by Jean-Pierre and François Tonglet, which were responsible for the original brewery Moussoux currently call Caracole.
Producer of five different beers where the Nostradamus a Strong Ale that is made by hand. including bottling and labeling. A dark-colored beer having a layer of beige foam persistent with pleasant aromas of malt and fruit on the palate shows a great taste which highlights many nuances.
A real gem unknown to the Caracole brewery offering a fruity aroma overflowing has a clear malt flavor and ripe fruit.
