AliÃ³n is one of those great Spanish reds whose denomination of origin is Ribera del Duero, being the youngest of the wines, this red crianza stands out for its elegance and its smoothness in the mouth .

A monovarietal red made from fine red strains which are completely destemmed, once the must is obtained, it is fermented in American oak vats for 15 days at high temperature, to finish, the wine It rests for approximately 14 months in new French oak barrels.
