Distilleries and Raising the Whiskey S.A. also called DYC distillery is a Spanish origin is in Palazuelos de Eresma, Segovia, Spanish birthplace of whiskey.
One of its products is whiskey DYC 8, a whiskey blended from birth that takes elaborating handmade with quality ingredients. For processing a mixture of malted barley and corn is used, aging takes place in American oak barrels for at least eight years, a slow process that gives the whiskey an intensity and an unmatched flavor.
A Spanish whiskey floral aroma, spicy, smoky and herbaceous that has a touch of honey and heather, its taste is smooth and creamy with hints of vanilla, marzipan, apple and citrus with a long finish a little bittersweet but a final smooth.
