Description

The word semolina is Italian and comes from the Latin 'similar' which means pollen; Semolina is a type of flour made from durum wheat that is thicker in appearance and texture than normal flour and darker in color, almost yellow or golden, depending on the case, with more earthy aromas.

These pastas are handmade, full of protein, flexible and hold their shape well during cooking. They are made of bronze to obtain a porous mass that facilitates the 'sticking' of the sauce, while a very slow drying process (about 30 hours) keeps the protein, gluten and vitamin values as high as possible.

Ingredients: Hard WHEAT semolina.
May contain traces of EGGS , SOY and MUSTARD.
