This block of duck foie gras with black truffle is made from ground fatty duck liver mixed with excellent quality truffle, specifically the Tuber melanosporum variety collected in our fields in the province of Teruel.
The block of foie gras with truffle has been made with the best ducks, raised in freedom and fed on corn. It is a very appetizing gourmet product and perfect for demanding palates who want to try and investigate new products in the kitchen. The 130g block of duck foie gras with truffle has a mild flavor with a very creamy texture. The contrast of textures between the foie and the truffle, and the peculiar flavor that being truffled gives it, makes it a perfect option for all kinds of appetizers, canapés and puff pastries. Whether spread on bread or in small cubes, it is equally exquisite. It can also be eaten alone or even cooked in sauces and creams.
