Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs is the result of a year of contrasts. The assembly of this exceptional cuvé is a masterpiece of precision. The Chardonnays come exclusively from two legendary parcels of Bouron Leroi and Bouron du Midi vineyards located in the heart of the Cote des Blancs, in the Cramant terroir. Located halfway up the southeastern slope of this exceptional Grand Cru, these two parcels enjoy exposure to the first rays of the sun that illuminate the dawn, which causes a slow and uniform ripening of the grapes.
