The new image of the Godello family has had the privilege of having the art and talent of the famous artist Domingo Zapata, whom El Bierzo has inspired to paint the labels that our white wines from Bodegas Emilio Moro wear. The label of El Zarzal reflects a more temperate art, with green colors as a background, which speak of a wine with great freshness and aromatic personality. A fresh and rainy but very intense vintage . El Zarzal is made with fermentation at a controlled temperature with subsequent aging on the lees in 2,500l French wood foudres for approximately 8 months. El Zarzal is a Godello white that in its visual phase is presented with a very pale straw yellow color, on the nose it is fresh and fragrant with notes of ripe white fruit, stone fruits and dried flowers without neglecting the typical minerality of the Godello variety. In the mouth it maintains a freshness that is very pleasant to drink, thanks to a very balanced acidity and volume.
