The Mar de Frades Herbal Liqueur is macerated with herbs from the distillation of Albariño grape bagasse, to which aromatic herbs are added in the still boilers. The distillate obtained is macerated with another series of herbs that provide flavor and color.
Attractive, very intense greenish-yellow color, bright to the eye, clean and very herbaceous on the nose, where it displays aniseed notes with hints of thyme, tea and chamomile that give it complexity and great aromatic breadth. The palate shows a moderate sweetness, balanced by its fresh acidity, with hints of herbs and fine balsamic notes.

Mar de Frades es una de las bodegas más reconocidas de las Rías Baixas, y en ella elabora el Albariño del mismo nombre, uno de los más famosos de España. La bodega, que inauguró nuevas instalaciones en el año 2007, se encuentra a pie del viñedo Finca Valiñas, en la ladera de un monte situado en el centro del valle del Salnés.
