Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 75 cl the best example of the Taittinger house style. This champagne is made with Chardonnay grapes collected from 5 vineyards of the Grands Crus classification, grown in Avize, Chouilly, Kramane, Aucher and Le Menille-Sur-Aucher.

From the beginning of creation until the When champagne appears on the shelves, it requires more attention from winemakers and is therefore produced in small quantities.

The aromatic bouquet is subtle, combining notes of Anjou pear, white flowers and raisins, nuances minerals, anise and smoke. With a balanced, round, ripe, lively, fresh, complex flavor, but at the same time soft and slightly salty, it reveals notes of fruit and lemon tones. The finish is long, with oily tinges.

It is the perfect accompaniment to seafood sandwiches and fish dishes.
