Saint Feuillien is a brand of abbey beers that has its origins in the seventh century, the name of this brand refers to an Irish monk who lived and worked in Le Roeulx and in 665 was attacked and killed. In 1125, the Abbey Premonstratense whose activity was to produce beer production had to stop abruptly because of the events of the French Revolution.

A few years later, Stéphanie Friart wanted to resume business and founded the current brewery Saint Feuillien, a factory began producing light beer and ended up producing abbey beers where the St. Feuillien Noël.
