Leffe Brune is a Belgian beer inspired by Dubbel style, an abbey beer of high fermentation which dates back to 1240 when monks canons of the Order of Canons Premonstratensians decided to brew beer for pilgrims offering a healthy drink and invigorating.
Today the Leffe beer brand is produced in the brewery Artois, a company that is part of the AB InBev group. Its development remains true to the original recipe, an abbey beer that is consumed in more than 80 countries.
A beer robust appearance with a brown color and a layer of dense and consistent foam, an elegant aroma of cereal, candy and raisins fruits that culminates with a very slight bitter aftertaste.
