This beer is known Flemish Het Anker factory, located in Mechelen and founded in 1471 by a community of beguines and in 1872 was acquired by Louis Van Breedam.
Carolus Tripel is a blond with secondary fermentation in bottle which is made from malt and hops Belgian pale following a traditional methods. A beer with fruity aroma in mouth is very strong and light which are perceived as balanced fruity notes and hops.
