Description
Onix Classic is a red wine produced by the wine cooperative of the Priorat, the only one that is formed by farmers who manage the whole process through which passes the wine, from cultivation to marketing.
A wine that is made from the mixture of grape Mazuelo and Grenache, grapes from over 300 plots of vines, where the best is selected to produce this wine. Once in the hold, grapes go through a mild process skidding once finished is transferred to stainless steel tanks of stainless steel, then an alcoholic fermentation is carried out and is macerated for 20 days, finally it makes malolactic fermentation before it is ready for marketing.
A wine very fresh and fruity young red that has a jovial character on the nose the aromas of fresh red fruit with floral nuances perceived in the mouth is tasty, very agile and long finish.

Las tierras amparadas por la DOC Priorat tienen unos límites geográficos que provienen de una herencia humana y geológica. El Priorato de la “llicorella” (pizarra) es una región con personalidad formada a partir de la geología, de los pueblos y del cultivo. El vínculo histórico proviene de la correspondencia de estas tierras con los dominios directos de la Cartoixa de Scala Dei. La situación en el corazón del Priorat hace que a partir del año 1917 se funden las cooperativas de Gratallops, la Vilella Alta, la Vilella Baixa y el Lloar de las que es sucesora la actual Vinícola del Priorat.
